About these terms

These Terms of Use are between you and Flowing Pixels Solutions LLC ("we," "us," "our"), operating this website (clips.flowingpixels.com) and the video content made available through it under the brand name Flowing Pixels Studio. By browsing this site or downloading any content from it, you agree to the terms below.

Video Usage & Attribution

All video content made available through this site remains the property of Flowing Pixels Studio unless otherwise agreed in writing. Where Flowing Pixels Studio provides access to download or otherwise use a video, that access is granted for the purposes agreed with the client and does not transfer ownership or grant any general license to the public.

Attribution. Any reuse of this content — including republishing, redistributing, or featuring it on another platform — requires clear, visible attribution to Flowing Pixels Studio (flowingpixels.com) at the point of use.

Permitted technical adaptation. Resizing, cropping, trimming, compressing, or converting the file format for the purpose of display or embedding is expected and permitted, and is not an alteration under this section.

No derogatory or misrepresentative alteration. Content may not be materially altered in a way that changes its substance or misrepresents the finished work as delivered — including, without limitation, re-color-grading or otherwise changing its visual treatment, adding effects, overlays, or graphics not part of the original edit, or splicing or combining it with other material such that it is no longer recognizable as the work Flowing Pixels Studio produced. Content may not be used in any context that is unlawful, defamatory, or that a reasonable person would consider disparaging, embarrassing, or otherwise damaging to the reputation of Flowing Pixels Studio, the individuals or subjects depicted, or the client the work was produced for.

These terms apply in addition to, and do not replace, any separate written agreement between Flowing Pixels Studio and a client governing a specific project's deliverables.
