Who this policy covers

This policy describes how Flowing Pixels Solutions LLC ("we," "us"), operating under the brand name Flowing Pixels Studio, collects and uses information through clips.flowingpixels.com. It doesn't cover our other properties (flowingpixels.com or our client portal), which may collect information differently.

Information we collect

• Account information. If you log in as a client, we receive your name and email address from our identity provider to create and maintain your account and to grant you access to your projects.
• Project files. For clients, the video files and related project materials you or we upload are stored to deliver your project and to meet our own recordkeeping practices.
• Usage data. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site — which pages are viewed, general device and browser information, and approximate location derived from IP address. Google Analytics sets cookies on your device to do this. We do not use this data to identify you personally.

How we use information

• To provide access to your projects and process your downloads.
• To communicate with you about your project.
• We may also use your email address for marketing communications — for example, to let you know about availability, new work, or services. You can unsubscribe from these at any time.
• To understand and improve how this site is used (see Usage data, above).

How long we keep information

We retain client project data — including uploaded video files and related project records — for 7 years, to allow for re-delivery of past work and to meet our own recordkeeping practices. Account information tied to an active relationship is kept for as long as that relationship continues.

What we don't do

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share your project files with anyone outside Flowing Pixels Studio except as needed to operate this service (for example, our video hosting provider).

Cookies

This site uses two kinds of cookies:

• Functional cookies, set automatically by the software running this site, to keep you logged in and to protect the site against a common type of attack (cross-site request forgery). These aren't used for tracking or advertising, and the site doesn't work correctly without them.
• Analytics cookies, set by Google Analytics (see Usage data, above).

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@flowingpixels.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your local law.

We may update this policy as our practices change. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
